Michelle Le Beau

Michelle is an advisor to the BrightEdge and a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Cancer Cytogenetics Laboratory at the University of Chicago.
Currently Michelle is the Arthur and Marian Edelstein Professor of Medicine Director of the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center and Director of the Cancer Cytogenetics Laboratory at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Le Beau is board-certified in clinical cytogenetics by the ABMGG. Dr. Le Beau is the past-President of the Association of American Cancer Institutes, and a former member of the Board of Directors for AACR, and the Executive Committee of the American Society of Hematology.
Dr. Le Beau is currently a member of the Board of Scientific Advisors of the National Cancer Institute, and the Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, as well the National Cancer Policy Forum of the National Academy of Medicine. Dr. Le Beau has served on the American Cancer Society Board of Directors since 2019 and is a member of the Mission Outcomes Committee and Revenue and Marketing Committee.
